Old stuff will always be accessible somewhere online.

Lots of things get outdated.

I’m pretty much against any form of censorship. I’m a civil liberties junkie. But on that note I wouldn’t let my children watch something like “Salo: 120 Days of Sodom.”

:scream:

Glad I ate before you mentioned this.

Would have ruined dinner.

Haha!

(Seriously disturbing movie)

Oof!

My bad amiga.

But yes, seriously messed up movie.

Kind of a weird note to end a prolific directing career on.

A lot of people think Pasolini was murdered by organized crime.

I totally forgot he was murdered until you said that.

Yeah,

Weird story.

Weird guy.

I know, right?

He kinda fascinates me though.

I think he’s the only openly gay, Marxist to make a movie about Jesus.

It’s a good movie I’ve heard,

But I’ve never seen “The Gospel According To St. Matthew”.

It’s actually a really good film. Very artsy, and he chose a great lead actor for Jesus.

It’s kinda funny, the copy I checked out from the last time I saw it I got from the library and it had this super Hallmark-ish like graphic design on the cover.

Little did whomever know it was a Pasolini film. :joy:

@Charles_Foster I think it’s a realization that happens in everyones lifetime as the culture changes if you’re going to be a jackass.
