And how do I convince my mother to be rest assured? She does not understand why I need to be hospitalized and often refuses that I need to be.
I’m currently discerning if I need treatment in the hospital. I’ll discuss that with my psychiatrist.

My therapist will usually tell me… Or I’ll become so depressed I’ll go on my own
