When I’m like this I don’t feel like myself, feel people can see and hear my intrusive thoughts don’t want people to listen to my thoughts though. Just want to be left alone.
Yeah I just got back from a walk outside and there were a few moments where I felt that coming on. All you can do is challenge the thoughts and do your best to ignore them or turn them into positive thoughts.
How do you turn intrusive thoughts into positive thoughts?
I try to question the intrusive thoughts, but sometimes it gets me tired.
Well I just tell myself that I’m not an evil person, so you shouldn’t think those thoughts. It doesn’t really work that well, but it helps.
