When i was psychotic i would

Do 400 pushups a day, 400 of 4 different ab workouts, 100 bicep curls, 100 dead lifts, 100 shoulder presses

well i wouldnt do this all every day…but i would do the ones without the weights every day…i would regulate it but some days i would do all of these

this was march of 2013…then i would smoke a bowl of weed and take a shot of vodka and eat dinner

then i got hospitalized, they prescribed me prolixin and it caused muscle weakness and i couldnt work out anymore

i felt disgusting for weeks, till i got off prolixin, but never got back to that routine

i dont wish to go that crazy again but i hope to get in great shape again

i remember going into the hospital taking my shirt off and the nurse was 'miring my abs like crazy i was in such good shape

now im older i could build more muscle mass, especially since im not underweight anymore

i just wanna get jacked!!!

Not recomended by bodybuilders, but I’ve read that doing just one set of each body part each day will work just as well if not better than multiple sets. I have no personal experience with that but it just sounds like an awesome idea. I think with a few dumbells you could take care of the upper body decently

400 pushups? was it psychosis or mania???

I wanna get a 35 pound bar with weights…You can do shoulder press, bicep curl, dead lift, squats, abs…add in the pushups and situps and pullups and stuff and you can do the whole body…you bring the gym to you… I will buy the bar in the near future. I used to be able to do 130 pushups in one set. I was in such insane shape and I was skinny too. I know there was probably more optimal ways of working out, but it still worked like a charm. I was OCD so I was obsessed with it and counting the numbers and stuff. I will read up more this time on optimal ways to work out. I used to work out a lot, but not much at all in the past 3 years…ever since I went to rehab I stopped working out because I didn’t see the point anymore and never got back into it but now I’m starting again. Hope I keep it up.

That much energy sounds like mania with psychotic features

that routine would actually be cool for me, minus the weed and vodka because i’ve not tried either before. when i was younger, i think i was doing 200 pushups every weekday, but i was probably doing the pushups wrong. lol
