I’m a big thyme fan as well
It’s so versatile! And it tasted great with things I already enjoy, like chicken or tomato things

For culinary purposes I like a lot. It’s hard to find a favorite, but three I like are: Pepper, cinnamon and onion, but not all in the same dish :relaxed:

I only go as far as chilli flakes and sea salt. especially on my pizza’s. I’m not that advanced on spices lol. British food (so I’m told) is bland? I didn’t have my first Indian Curry until I was 16… same with Chinese food. My family was meat and potatoes and veg.

Slap ya Mama or Lemon Pepper. Slap ya Mama is Cajun seasoning.

Fry some chicken wings naked and sprinkle some on. So good. I use lemon pepper on seafood and pork chops.

Is chamomile an herb? I love mint, chamomile, cinnamon, and sage. Honestly those are the ones I use the most, and I love a bunch of different spices and herbs.
