What sauce or spice would you recommend for a dish to be real tasty

what sauce would you recommend

I think it would depend on the dish. I’m not an expert on sauces, but if you name the dish you might get better replies.

Cheese sauce! On pasta it’s awesome! I eat it at least three times a week. I mix a little flour with soya milk and a spring onion and cheese chopped and cook it till cheese melts and sauce thickens. Then add pasta.

Yum!

Garlic. Definitely garlic.

Onion and garlic caramelized. Goes well in almost any food. I also love sriracha but it is spicy. Sweet and sour sauce is very nice.

Turmeric is a favorite of mine. As a fun bonus, it turns everything bright yellow!

A1 steak sauce is my second favorite condiment. My top favorite was a product called “Ketchupeno.” It was ketchup with jalapeno taste and was incredible. The steakhouse stopped carrying it after a year and I was heartbroken, I still mix hotsauce and ketchup at most restaurants.

Outside of that I’d say Ranch Dressing! Also use some parmesan on itialian dishes, it’s delicious!

If you like spicy ketchup you should try the Sriracha ketchup, if it’s available where you live. It’s pretty spicy and has that garlicky Sriracha flavor.
