My favorite is herbal Bengal Spice tea be cause it tastes like a chai latte (yum!) but without the extra calories of sugar and milk. All you need is hot water and the bag - no sugar, no milk! Low calorie and it tastes great!!!

Earl Grey. Man I love that stuff. Also if you can find one a good Darjeeling tea is top of the line. Otherwise I like a good old fashioned Green Tea.

Hibiscus is what I drink. It’s good for you for many reasons but you have to take the teabag out after a few minutes or it gets too sour.
