Whats the best AP for depression, olanzapine or abilify?

Im having the worst depression in 30 years. I’m on olanzapine 7.5 mg right now, but before i was on abilify 10 mg, and I don’t know which is the best. I’m very sedated and “locked in” on olanzapine, but the mood is slightly better. I remember abilify as having less side effects but not as effective as olanzapine.

Do you have any experiences using AP’s as antidepressives?

Do APs actually affect serotonine or noradrenaline?

The Abilify works better in me with my depressive swings (SzA), but isn’t as good with the hallucinations and delusions. I like the Abilify though because it isn’t as sedating. I currently take 15mg.

Yes, olanzapine affects serotonine as many other ap’s do
