Change of medicine, abilify+olanzapine?

I have been having a rough time, suicide ideation, lack of meaning with life, insomnia. Mood swings.

I was hospitalized, locked ward, for 2 days, then three weeks in real life, and then hospitalized, open ward, for seven days due to a minor psychosis and insomnia.

The pdoc added 5 mg Olanzapine to the 10 mg of abilify im used to, and i now im able to sleep and function and go to work.

Is olanzapine/abilify a good combo in that dose?

Or is it too much with to ap’s and one ad (i take marplan/ mao-inhibitor but it doesn’t work for my depression anymore and i want to stop it.)

10mg Abilify is too low. I thought you increased it.
Anyways, Olanzapine is a strong AP so you should have no psychosis :+1:

Thanks @Aziz, im going to talk to my nurse monday, she might increase abilify slightly

And im pretty much out of the psychosis after olanzapine, now just in a dream like state of mind.
