Establishing the right pattern of sleeping. Any sleep hygiene article I’ve ever read says to go to bed and get up in the morning at roughly the same time every night. My sleep pattern isn’t the best either.
Articles on schizophrenia will occasionally recommend getting enough quality sleep too.
You can start making a conscious effort to go to bed the same time every night. Once you start doing it for awhile it will become a habit.
I wouldn’t recommend nicotine but if I remember correctly you used to vape nicotine?
2 cups of strong coffee and vaping 40mg nicotine keep me awake all day. I sleep at 11pm and wake up at 9am. You can try physical exercise also.
Other than that try another med that makes you sleep less.
