i had another cup of coffee at 6pm. usually it keeps me up at least 6 or 7 hours after i’ve had a cup. im hoping to be asleep by midnight so i don’t mess up my sleep schedule, but its more likely i’ll be up until 3am. right now im just drinking lots of water, hoping to pee it out or something. i read drinking milk helps but i don’t have milk.
yeah i know. i broke my no caffeine rule past 3pm today while i was waiting for my laundry to get done washing. now im kicking myself. usually i would have all my devices off by this time of night.
A lot of the time when you can’t fall asleep you can get pretty good rest laying in bed with the covers around you. You might even get a few hours of sleep if you do that.
Well, I don’t think it comes easy when you already drank the coffee. I guess you need to stick with your caffeine rule and try to remind yourself of the consequences if you break it. You could always use decaf as a replacement drink if you have cravings, or some other caffeine free beverage.
