We are having beer battered fish, fries and Greek salad tonight. Mostly because it’s a super easy and cheap meal. I have no energy for a fancier meal.

That sounds great actually. I’ve had no appetite today. So I’ll probably just have a sandwich.
probably leftover homemade meatloaf, with corn on the side. Nothing fancy

I couldn’t be bothered to cook today, so I had a pork chop with the fat chopped off and air fried chips. The chips only use a spoonful of olive oil so not a lot of fat at all.
Investing in an air fryer is recommended. I can roast chopped vegetables off in 15 minutes in it, which is better than using a full oven. It is quick to heat up and uses less electricity. I can cook my fish and meat in it easily.
It was such a good buy!
Roast beef and potatoes at the psych ward. Cant complain.
Well lets see, there are leftovers but since I’ve been up since 1am from heart burn/acid reflux I think I will leave the leftovers for the guys and maybe eat a yogurt or something easy on the tummy. It’s nice that I don’t have to cook though. Yeah!
@anon99233869 it may sound weird but I really liked the food in the hospital. It was all balanced and stuff.
Peppercorn beef, mashed potatoes, haven’t decided on another veggie yet.
McNuggets. They were cold and the frappe machine was broken, but I didn’t feel scared or lost! Having great reaction to the new AP my doc put me on recently.
I think we’re having hamburgers, corn on the cob, and fruit salad.
In the small city where I live the restaurants are all making a special burger this week and competing

Chicken salad and a baked potato with margarine and sour cream.
I probably will make the stroganoff mix I bought a couple days ago, with ground beef. I’ll put a dollop of sour cream in my serving, makes it so much better. I haven’t had very much of an appetite since I was discharged from the hospital, but I’ll try to eat a decent amount.
already ate today. a 6inch tuna sub, from subway with chips and a drink. but my mom is making chili. i’ll probably eat again. hopefully I don’t gain any
