Tonight we had chicken soup.

It turned out just right. I am really thrilled with how good it is.

I had a hard day between working and slaving I managed to cook chicken casserole for lunch although it was good and I refused to put corn in it for tonight I fixed Corning chicken that had been marinating in chipotle sauce for 48 hours I then went on to make some peanut butter applesauce cookies between doing other laborers jobs around the house not to mention I feel like the zombie she is when having to decide whether it was a good or bad meal

Got some chicken drumsticks to do in the air fryer for the protein. Probably add a salad for me and dad usually does something boring like a fried egg. I’m a good short order cook these days but payday tomorrow and I’m stocking up on alternatives for me to eat over the next fortnight.
