Got a meatloaf in the oven. Cooking mashed potatoes and Lima beans.
Haven’t made the gravy yet.
40 minutes until the meatloaf is done
Bought some cake pops for dessert.
Can’t wait to dig in. Being gone for a month I had to eat out every day. Missed cooking.

I had croissants and sandwiches all day today. My eating is erratic ! 
I’ve had those cakebars/pops! They’re really good.
My dinner is probably going to be a pizza.

Dinner is a bunch of leftovers; my favorite is the cheesy pasta 
I ended up eating a bowl of kung pao noodles minus the veggies (so sauce, peanuts, and noodles).
went to the casino tonight. had a bunch of veggies and some salmon. a healthy night for sure

Dinner was delicious. The cake bars weren’t as good as I thought they would be though.
I’m eating a carrot and a pouch of tuna for protein. I always start eating very little when I begin to decompensate. Maybe tomorrow I’ll make some chicken nuggets or a pizza for dinner, I guess. Nothing that’s too complicated.
I had pizza for dinner with zucchini, bell pepper, and mushrooms. 
Much healthier than the pizza I have (bacon)
