@martinhersey1, you said you went to Harvard. I was wondering what your major was, and the majors of some of the others here.
I graduated from Oklahoma University with a four year Architecture degree. Worked for about seven years designing store fixtures and interiors and moved my way up to residential design for about six years. It is one of my sore spots when I think back to the days when I worked as an architect. Missed getting licensed by 2 years.

I didn’t go to college when everyone else did. My friends went away to college and I got admitted to hospital.
I just started college about a year ago. I’m majoring in horticulture.

I’m majoring in Humanities. I will not get a job in that field. In fact it will not help me get a job in the majority of fields. But having any degree will sure look good on my resume for even entry-level, unskilled jobs. It will look good for the type of jobs that I’ve done before and might do again. My dad told me that just the fact that I went through what it takes to get a degree (when I do) will show that I have commitment, tenacity, dedication, perseverance, discipline, and other good qualities that an employer wants in an employee.

I could actually also go to college,the obsessive thinking of how I look(Body Dismorphic disorder) and also Social Anxiety is one main reason I failed my high school exam and then forced to leave school
i took 1 semester in business then i dropped out
I am so glad to know that you are studying Humanities, Nick, those were my favorite classes in college, well, after the dance classes. It has propelled me to be a lifelong learner, so I still take online classes for personal enrichment.

I did economics, mathematics and philosophy as an undergrad, now I’m finishing my masters thesis in philosophy and logic.

I majored in nursing at University of Nebraska Medical Center and got my B.S.N. there.
University of Pula, Croatia, Department of Comparative Literature. Currently volunteering for the teaching licence.
