That for some reason i quit cigarettes yesterday with basically no difficulty. Blows my mind.

For me reaching goals isn’t always fun but needed

Not quite sure really. Just woke up and didnt have one. Don’t have any important things happening for a little while so being free from stressful tasks helps.

It it’s your first day of quitting, it has to pass 3-4 weeks to quit

Almost 2 days so far. Im not going to give in.
