What was or what IS your low dose of Antipsychotics to be well?

My low dose of Antipsychotics was 2,5 mg of abilify liquid solution in monothetapy, i was able to decrease to 5mg to 2,5 mg in 4 months without problems but when i try to be to below 2 mg i experienced a start of psychosis…

I have to take 300 mg of clozapine…I tried going down to 100 mg but quickly became suicidal. I wanted off it cuz of tachycardia but they’re trying to deal with that using beta-blocker.

Your dose is very low indeed.

Mine is 15mg abilify. Hopefully going down to 10mg.

I leveled off I wouldn’t say lost weight because at one point I was on 6mg but I stopped gaining weight on the low dose.

75 mg invega every 28 days monotherapy. I relapsed once on Invega and it was upped to 100 mg.

I don’t have a low dose. I take 22.5 mg of zyprexa. Doctor does not care to lower. Too scared to lower it on my own.

0.5 mg of Haldol daily. At least 2 of my relatives disagreed, so now I’ve been on 0.75 for a long while.

My psychiatrist won’t let me take less than 15mg of abilify. He says I can ‘‘relapse’’. However, I do not believe him, it seems to me that I am going to change psychiatrist shortly.

I’m on 10 mg zyprexa and 10 mg Lexapro. I consider that low.

i can get by on 2mg haldol…its not really enough but i can get by…its prob actually 6mg but it makes me restless at 6

400mg Seroquel continues to make me feel better. I guess that’s why they won’t lower the dosage. The 60mg Geodon seems to work on a subconscious level.

When I was on Geodon, I was down to 60 mg a day. The only symptom I had extra was once in a while I would have a smell hallucination that would last a few minutes.
