I’m on 100mg of paliperidone (Invega) and on Monday I am hoping to reduce down to 30mg per month of risperidone by switching to the 1mg tablets. What dose are you guys on, which medication, and what’s the lowest dose you have been on?

I was on abilify 10mg and it seemed to be working out. Then I went off it and when I went back on it I had to take 15mg to have the same effect.

15 mg per day? So 450mg per month? That seems like a super high dose. Do you have side effects like weight gain, high cholesterol and sexual dysfunction etc? I suffer from all three.
The maximum dose is 30mg a day. The minimum dose is 10mg a day.

I’m on 10mg of Haldol (we are slowly increasing the dose over time,) 20mg of Celexa, and 50mg of Doxepin.

I take Latuda 120mg, sertraline 12.5 mg and i’m currently taking 50mg Lamictal, working my way up to the therapeutic dose on that one.

I’m currently on 3mg of risperidone and at this dose things seem to be working.
The lowest dose I was on was 1mg but I remained psychotic at this low dose.
2mg worked for a while but then it no longer worked as well.

My minimum dose of amisulpride is 200mg. Any lower and I get ill.
Olanzapine I can go on 2,5mg minimum but take 5mg now.

I was taking abilify 5mg. Today i start a new One. It’s invega 3mg.

I take 80 mg of Geodon twice a day but I have taken as little as 20 mg once a day.
But I was cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs on that dose.

they have me on the highest dose of Invega sustenna 234mg every 4 weeks, it was 234 mg every 3 weeks in the beginning but I had so many side effects my pdoc moved it to 4 weeks. I would like to lower my dose to 156mg in the coming year if im still stable. im annoyed my pdoc hasn’t lowered it yet to be honest. they tried to get me to take the trinza but I don’t want that high of a dose in me.

They do Invega tablets? Are you from the USA? I don’t think they do Invega tablets in the UK. I wanted them though.
I take 600 mg of Seroquel per day. Over the last 34 years I’ve been on many APs, most of which I can’t remember their names, let alone doses.

I’m on 450mg clozapine at night but pdoc wants to raise it. Lamotrigine 125mg twice a day. Can’t remember what dose but lithium at night. Concerta 90mg in the morning.

I take - 156Mg injection of Sustenna Invega and got it lowered from the high dose of 234mg successfully.
200Mg of Wellbutrin for depression. Eventually planning to get off of it.
30Mg of Mirtazapine for sleep.

I’m on latuda120mg too. They added Lexapro 10mg. Trazodone 50, benztropine 2mg clonazepam 0.5mg.

I am on 30 my of zyprexa at night and 500 me of Depakote twice a day.

I take the following:
- Venlafaxine 225 mg (any less than this and my Depression recurs)
- Ziprasidone 80 mg twice daily
- Clozapine 200 mg
- Diazepam 5 - 10 mg prn
These doses are the minimum i can sit at without breakthrough symptoms. Taking Ziprasidone on its own, even at the highest dose, didn’t manage my symptoms, but since adding in the Clozapine, thing have been so much better.
