Currently im taking fish oil, vitamin b6, vitamin B12, L-theanine, L-lysine, vitamin c, vitamin E, and folic acid im looking for more to incorporate into my treatment ive been on risperidone since November of 2021’
Vegan omega 3, plus vitamin and minerals supplements. I’ve got some l-theanine but not using it at the moment. And cbd rich raw hemp oil, but not sure that counts as a supplement.
I sometimes take melatonin for sleep.
I don’t notice any effect from supplements but iron seems to help my anemia.
I’m taking Sarcosine again.
Im taking cvitamin.

This was my body’s reaction, which can be different for anyone:
For Positive symptoms, no supplements worked
For the Negative Symptoms, only Panax Ginseng helped to treat a little, but it wasn’t enough to get me out of bed and able to talk to other people.
I take many supplements, but I’ll assume you want advice about supplements relating to cognitive function.
For that I take lions mane; NAC, vitamin D, Brewers Yeast(natural B-vitamins), Niacin(vit B3), Benfothiamine(vit B1), and fish oil.
