Sarcosine, Amyloban 3399, L-Theanine, and probiotics. Biggest changes from improved diet and exercise plus therapy.

How does sarcosine help you specifically? What benefits do you notice?

Small bump to my cognition. I notice it enough that I miss it when I run out.

And do you take L-Theanine to improve your mood? It’s in green tea, right?

Social anxiety because of Asperger’s. I find L-Theanine is a bit of a mood leveler for me.

Caffeine and melatonin helps me a lot

Mind you I sleep too much on melatonin

cdp choline specifically yeah it gave me a little buzz and improved my energy a bit. i think ill buy some today actually

@anon24748973 I also take melatonin from time to time, it helps me sleep and relaxes me.
