What supplemental do you take everyday and why

I take
-garlic for blood pressure support
-hawthorn berry (more blood pressure support)
-sulphoraphane (heard some good stuff about this supplement)
-vitamin d (don’t know why but heard it’s good and cheap)
-time release melatonin 10mgs (for sleep support)
-green tea (for neurogenesis)
-sarcosine (to reduce schioaffective symptoms)

I don’t take any supplements. I figure that my blood tests will indicate if i’m deficient in something, and then i might consider taking something. I hate taking tablets at the best of time so i’m not interested in adding more to the mix.

I would take as few substances as possible.

L theanine, magnesium taurate, ashwagandha, and sarcosine.

Sarcosine for reducing negatives.

The rest for reduced stress, anxiety, and dissociation. They relax me.

A multivitamin. I tried fish oil last week but didnt feel great and upset my stomach

Does sarcosine really work for reducing negative symptoms? I have a lot of trouble with this.

Methionine 3grams a day, calcium 300mgs a day, magnesium 300mgs a day, b6 100mgs a day, those r my non negotiables.

Look at the research. I notice less flat affect, and better vocabulary. It can cause more energy but sometimes anxiety too.

Used to take pantothenic acid for acne a while ago…

I just ordered some supplements for my brain fog and derealization. I hope they work a little bit.
Currently i take:
Vitamin D, K, C and a multi
Magnesium
Omega 3
Calcium carbonate

Right now i’m waiting for
ashwagandha - suppose to be real good for brain fog its some herb in india
rhodiola rosea - another one thats good
Vitamin B12

Theres a couple others i got, but i forget their names.

this was brought back, it all depends upon your age, I guess.

I take a cardio heart supplement and a calcium vit D every night.

I’m worried about both my heart, and my bones. menopause.

I’m taking just Omega 3, but I ordered multivitamins and L-Theanine. I tried sarcosine too, but saw no effects and I also got worried that they don’t have conclusive researches about its link to prostate cancer.

I take a multivitamin, fish oil and vitamin d. I have some sarcosine but I don’t take it every day. Also just added some broccoli sprout pills. I’ve only been taking them for a week but it seems like they’ve been helping my motivation/reducing negative symptoms.

And a mutivitamin for vegetarians, as I had a genetic test which indicates I need or could benefit from the extra iron in my diet. (I’m not vegetarian anymore.)
