Nootropics depot sells it for 20 and it seems to work ok. I just got a squared saffron and it’s realllllly good. I got it for 60 and looking it up just now I saw it for 40. So it’s not toooo bad.
Yeah I’ve tried both, l-theanine helped a bit but Sulforaphane didn’t do squat, and I got the good stuff. Avmocal 6 tabs a day. That got expensive quick.
I just started vitiman d + saffron extract for mood. I think it helps a little. Also L-theanine definitely worked to help calm me dowm.
I recently tried sarcosine and l-theanine. Sarcosine ended up upsetting my positive symptoms. I quit them both. I should start l-theanine again though as I think it might be helpful.
