What supplemental do you take everyday and why

I take a herbal mix of black walnut, wormwood, ginger, garlic, myrhh and oregano.
Works for me.

Just l theanine 400 mg very rarely. I don’t like supplements anymore, really. I don’t need them. They cost too much. Even if it was like $15 a month, which I have, I rather spend it on a gym membership or WoW or some ■■■■.

I only take vitamins/minerals I’m low on. My blood gets tested every 6 months and my dr adds as needed.

I take Metamucil and a probiotic daily in the afternoon. At least 2 hours either after morning meds or before night, because it can affect drug absorption. The gastroenterologist recommended it to me. Have been and still sometimes have issues that meet the ibs description.

I take melatonin for sleep.
