Small talk stresses me. I see others in conversation and I feel like the odd man out. To de-stress, I eat. But I know the stressor is still present so I pick and choose to engage in light conversation. Usually about the weather or the traffic. If I feel pressure I tend to clam up. So practice and eating… my de-stressors for small talk
Work.
I don’t work. I live as large as I can within certain perameters but I keep it all pretty regular and stable!
That is a key. Keep it all regular and it all seems pretty good!
Work is very bad for stress.
I had to go home early 3 out of 4 days last week :-/ I am not going to get away with that for much longer unless something changes soon.
Finances more than anything.
I relieve it in dumb, unhealthy ways, such as drinking.
Just instrusive thoughts,
Like I know what to do about them and have had them a long time,
But it just gets old, tired don’t want them anymore
stress…people with theyer costly endeavors, stress relief …hiting my head against the wall…
