I have a snail phobia ![]()
Mine isn’t weird, per se, but I have EXTREME bug and crawly thing phobia.
I have a fear of discussing my phobias. ![]()
I had problems with neighbors several years ago. It was outside that I had encountered them. I’m still Leary about being outside. I mean the problems are years in the past and the worst of the neighbors moved years ago too.
All poor attempts at humor aside, I’m not sure I have any specific phobias. NOthing out of the ordinary anyway. When I was younger I did have touch of agoraphobia though, but I think I’ve mostly conquered that with age. Maybe not completely. I’m not sure. Don’t spend a lot of time at crowded parties or such these days to have it triggered.
Giant creatures, especially if they are under the sea.
I have a fear driving down these country roads a deer is going to run out and snack the car so I now drive like 15mph down or road lol
Ventriloquist dummies. I hate even seeing the words.
I don’t like being up high. I always have the urge to jump. Even at the mall and it’s only two stories but a long way down.
We have the tallest state capital in the US here. I went to the observation deck once and took photos. That made me nervous as hell.
Even before I had schizophrenia I had this fear.

Well flying and falling are two vastly different things.
I have many phobias but my weirdest one perhaps is my fear of “falling” into the sky. Cant explain why i have this fear, i know its completely irrational, but for as long as i can remember when i look at the sky i get a very visceral feeling that im being sucked into the sky and i panic. Which sucks because i love the stars and clouds! Being up side down a major no no.
Water were I can’t see the floor …
I dont like heights, even my balcony is scary.

I have a phobia of voices in my head. I am afraid of what they’ll do if I run out of medicine.
I have a fear of being stuck to the ceiling and not being able to get out of the house when the dark forces attack.

I wouldn’t call it a phobia per say, but I don’t like frogs IRL. I find them really creepy how they move around.

Going hungry. I’m pretty possessive over food.
It’s a tossup. When I was a kid I was afraid of the dark and nighttime. I wouldn’t sleep at night. I was also afraid of snakes as well. My grandma told me about that. When I was a toddler I was near a poisonous snake and the dog killed it before it bit me.
I’m still afraid of snakes though.
