i love tofu.
but i have never cooked with it cause the way it comes so many variety firm soft wet, make it seem overhelming to prepare.

Home made sushi!!
How do you do that I love sushi sounds good however I find wasabi dip the weirdest spice ever it goes to your head not mouth it’s the weirdest tasting thing ever still I love soya sauce on sushi
Oh wow sounds fancy
I can’t remember how to make it but you’d need a sushi mat 4 sure. Check it out on Google if you wanna make, well worth it!!
Dont get down if you fail on your first attempt as well! I even saw Gordon Ramsey get his ass kicked by a Chinese chef because he didn’t understand what he was doing.
I can make a mean cheese sauce great for a side of cauliflower cheese.
Enchiladas or anything Mexican.
Indian recipes are beyond delicious.
probably my gumbo or jambalaya I eat following Paul Prudhomme cookbook.
There’s a chili con carne recipe on google, which had good reviews. After that is made sour cream makes it that much better… so I’m going with the chili con carne!!!
