i love tofu.

but i have never cooked with it cause the way it comes so many variety firm soft wet, make it seem overhelming to prepare.

but i would like to try.

My goto recipe is 10minutes:
Frozen Cauliflower Rice with Peas and Carrots - microwave
S&B Japanese curry - boil water and add curry blocks

I can’t remember how to make it but you’d need a sushi mat 4 sure. Check it out on Google if you wanna make, well worth it!!

Dont get down if you fail on your first attempt as well! I even saw Gordon Ramsey get his ass kicked by a Chinese chef because he didn’t understand what he was doing.

probably my gumbo or jambalaya I eat following Paul Prudhomme cookbook.

There’s a chili con carne recipe on google, which had good reviews. After that is made sour cream makes it that much better… so I’m going with the chili con carne!!!

Not hard to make.
