Mine is Chinese food. I love hot and sour soup especially. I found this recipe of hot and sour soup that I enjoy making. I can make sweet and sour chicken, too.
I almost have the hang of buttered toast and water. I’m improving every day.
I love making some Chinese dishes myself.
But my favorite thing to make is chocolate cake.
It’s a bit of a stress reliever too.
I’ve already got ideas about how to make the next chocolate cake even better than normal. Going to go all out…
Chocolate Chip Cookies!
Pasta!!! Its easy to make. I don’t consider myself as a cooker. But I like a lot all kind of pasta.
Microwave nachos with seasoned cooked ground beef refried beans cheese jalapenos and sour cream on each one.
I love my enchiladas but they take so long to make and it’s really hard to find hybrid flour/corn tortillas. They used to offer them at the local Safeway but not anymore, and I can’t find them anywhere. It has to be hybrid or they’re not my enchiladas.
I make a good egg.
I learned to cook my favorite dinner from the retirement home I used to live at. It was barbeque pork ribs. I recently made two racks of barbeque pork ribs in my Crock Pot slow cooker and it came out delicious. And it lasted for a week and a half. Scrumptious!
A nice steak sautéed in butter with a nice pepper cream sauce

I once made this amazing aubergine curry. Totally vegan.
I make homemade pizza much healthier than the takeout pizza place! I make the base from scratch by kneading flour and roll it out and put on topping. Just 10 mins in oven
It’s a tie between chicken and salmon. I think I’m leaning towards salmon.
You take salmon filets and put them on a bed of spinach leaves, then put lots of red pesto on it, bake it in the over for 20 minutes, and voila! Tasty healthy fish.
I like your sense of humor.
