What are you having for dinner?

I’m having chicken legs with rice and homemade sauce.
It’s gonna be delicious.
I hope.

I managed to buy a big bag of chicken legs and squeeze it in my freezer. It doesn’t cost much and it provides dinner for days. Especially if you buy the cheap boil-in-bag of rice.

What are your favourite things to make for dinner?
And do you rate by cost, time, difficulty or taste?

I’m just gonna make brown rice and black beans in a beef broth in my pressure cooker later. I like it for ease and speed of preparation as well as it being quite good for ya and tbh I’ve developed a taste for it. Oh and it’s cheap.

I just had chips, diet coke and guacamole, they usually take about 45 minutes to bake but sometimes I just like them raw.

Interesting food choices! Cauliflower rice is a good starch, it is very arthritis-safe.

Falafel with chips.

At the moment I’m making saussage beans and mash potatoes for dinner.

My favourite things to cook are quesadillas, mash potatoes beans. Burritos. Indian curry.

I also like cooking gammon with corn on the cob and mash, burger and chips. Hot dogs. And tuna and sweet corn pasta bake.

I enjoy cooking. And I’m greatful I have the motivation to cook.

I’m going all out on this one. A can of Campbell’s chicken soup.
