Some vitamins, minerals and supplements are reasonably priced at Amazon.
I take a plethora of vitamins:
Beetroot extract to lower blood pressure (2x daily)
Plant sterols to lower cholesterol (3 x daily)
Fish oil to aid heart, cognition, depression (3x daily)
b12 (1 x daily)
B complex (1x daily)
multivitamin (1x daily)
Vitamin e (1x daily)
probiotic (1x daily)
Vitamin c (2x daily)
NAC to ameliorate ap side effects (1 x daily)
NAC is the only one I feel doing somethingā¦
Wow! That is a lot!
Thereās a lot of stuff in my compounded capsule but I canāt remember them all
I eat yogurt everyday.
What natural med is that (for the weight loss)?
True
Shipping costs a lot to where I live though.
Oh, its just one combo from the many on the market
Mine is with some green tea, curcuma, bergamote, glucomanan, acetyl L-carnitine, vitamin B12.
Wass up anna??
I take alpro unsweetened fortified almond milk cos otherwise I donāt get enough vit d n vit b12.
Omega-3, vitamin D3, and liposomal glutathione.
My supplements are tailored to me based on diagnostic testing and the clinical judgement of a physician.
Also, I use āprofessionalā brands of supplements that comply with rigorous quality standards. They are only available to Healthcare Professionals so you wonāt find these on the shelf at typical retail stores.
I just take Omega-3 and vitamin D. The Omega-3 was something my GP prescribed for cardiovascular health and the vitamin D was to cover whatever she saw when I did a blood test at some point.
I eat all sorts of foods and spices too, so I suppose I get benefits from what I eat too.
I take an Opti-Men supplement 3x a day (as recommended,) which takes care of most of my vitamins and minerals, except for Vitamin D, Magnesium, Calcium and Potassium.
I then take 2000 IU of Vitamin D, 450-600 mg Magnesium, 1 g Calcium and 2.5-3 g of Potassium (from Potassium Citrate.)
Potassium I feel has made the biggest difference, since I started taking it my anxiety has been going down from day to day. Itās hard to eat the recommended daily intake of 4.7 grams of Potassium without eating constantly (itās the equivalent of 11 bananas), so I was probably low in it.
I also take in at least a teaspoon of flaxseed oil a day, for Omega-3s.
i take st johnās wort and a multivitamin

A multi-vitamin and Vitamin D. And a .81 mg aspirin. The aspirin is for the heart, it thins the blood and hopefully prevents a heart attack. The aspirin is not recommended for everybody, check with your doctor to assess the risks and benefits before starting to take it.
My mother takes 75mg Asprin for her heart she is 79 years old, she also takes Vitamin B12 for her blood.
Iām taking a supplement called āblack seed oilā. Iām undecided about how it affects me. Iāve bought enough to take it for several months. I also take omega-3 fatty acids, and olive oil - two tablespoons a day. I think it has been helping my heart health.
