Omega-3, vitamin D3, and liposomal glutathione.

My supplements are tailored to me based on diagnostic testing and the clinical judgement of a physician.

Also, I use ā€œprofessionalā€ brands of supplements that comply with rigorous quality standards. They are only available to Healthcare Professionals so you won’t find these on the shelf at typical retail stores.

I just take Omega-3 and vitamin D. The Omega-3 was something my GP prescribed for cardiovascular health and the vitamin D was to cover whatever she saw when I did a blood test at some point.
I eat all sorts of foods and spices too, so I suppose I get benefits from what I eat too.

I take an Opti-Men supplement 3x a day (as recommended,) which takes care of most of my vitamins and minerals, except for Vitamin D, Magnesium, Calcium and Potassium.

I then take 2000 IU of Vitamin D, 450-600 mg Magnesium, 1 g Calcium and 2.5-3 g of Potassium (from Potassium Citrate.)

Potassium I feel has made the biggest difference, since I started taking it my anxiety has been going down from day to day. It’s hard to eat the recommended daily intake of 4.7 grams of Potassium without eating constantly (it’s the equivalent of 11 bananas), so I was probably low in it.

I also take in at least a teaspoon of flaxseed oil a day, for Omega-3s.

Anyone know of any other meds that might help?

A multi-vitamin and Vitamin D. And a .81 mg aspirin. The aspirin is for the heart, it thins the blood and hopefully prevents a heart attack. The aspirin is not recommended for everybody, check with your doctor to assess the risks and benefits before starting to take it.

I’m taking a supplement called ā€œblack seed oilā€. I’m undecided about how it affects me. I’ve bought enough to take it for several months. I also take omega-3 fatty acids, and olive oil - two tablespoons a day. I think it has been helping my heart health.
