Search for someone who has good morals, a kind heart, a good head on her shoulders, and who doesn’t see you as broken. You want someone who will hold you responsible for getting your half of the stuff done so you don’t just lie around like a lump. A partner, look for partner. When you find that you’ll be happy. Direct: What goes on in her head. What does she think. Examples of friendly thoughts:
" I want to get out of the house", " I want to spend time with friends" " I want to develop my talents" ,
" I want to lead an active lifestyle" , " I want to make a lot of money". " I want to initiate/organize things"
Examples of hostile brainwashing: " I am shy, so I should avoid people" , " I prefer to stay at home" ,
" People hate me" " I want to eat cake"
Indirect washing is how people treat you and what do they think of you.
It is easy to grasp what getting good treatment or bad treatment from others means.

How is wanting to eat cake hostile brainwashing? Also preferring to stay at home is perfectly normal if you’re an introvert. It sounds like you have biases for what is negative versus what is actually something to be considered hostile.
