What kind of Vegetarian are you?

I’m seriously thinking about becoming a Vegetarian, but I don’t know if I want to stop eating dairy products.
I can do without consuming eggs, as I’m not a big fan.

There are different types of vegetarian :
Lacto-ovo-vegetarians eat both dairy products and eggs; this is the most common type of vegetarian diet.
Lacto-vegetarians eat dairy products but avoid eggs.
Ovo-vegetarian. …
Vegans do not eat dairy products, eggs, or any other products which are derived from animals.

What kind of Vegetarian are you?

I’m kinda lacto vegetarian, even though I don’t tolerate dairy that well. Dairy makes me breakout, so i pretty much have to be vegan, but if you can tolerate dairy it’s a pretty healthy way to eat. Cheese is one of my cheat foods I just cant overdue it or I wake up the next day with embarrassing zit

I am lacto - ovo vegetarian. Though I really don’t consume a lot of milk and most of the egg that I consume is in something like egg noodles, etc. Most of the time, I am vegan.

Maybe I’ll become a Lacto - Ovo vegetarian.

Eggs are a good source of protein.

things get interesting when you start thinking about what to eat. for me is must’ve been in my early 20’s before I actually started thinking about it

Honestly I don’t know if I can become a full time Vegetarian.

I love Salami and Ham too much.

But I will try.

you should try, tastes change over time. then you can go back and revisit salami and ham for old times sake, and see if it gives you a headache or not

I could never become a Vegan.

its pretty good except all the voices. must be a vitamin deficiency or something. at the time I believed I was a clean animal. needless to say, I made a fuss over the hospital food. “aren’t these people supposed to be doctors?”

some girl at the hospital asked me if I was vegan for ethical reasons. I told her simply that, no “I’m a natural vegetarian/vegan” open your eyes to the conspiracy

I’m a lacto-ovo vegetarian, but I am coming off dairy for my nose problems so I’m becoming an ovo-vegetarian. I tried vegan before but was worried about not getting the Vitamin B12 I need, so I went back to vegetarian. I’m loving it  Eat eggs for Vit B12 and Vit D etc, and seeds for Omega 3 and 6 oils. I’m planning to try experiment with gluten free if the coming off dairy doesn’t totally help.

I’d like to ask the question to everyone: why are you vegetarian/ vegan?

I am trying to eat vegan to reduce the risk of inflammation
I have a good reason to assume that my sz is somehow tied to inflammation

I am vegetarian because I don’t like handling or eating meat or fish, and I got to admit I’m a bit phobic of eating them too. Also I am vegetarian because I want to contribute to my good health and help the planet. Its also more easier for me to cook vegs and grains rather than meat, and it saves money. All in all its a simpler life

I’m pescatarian, for two reasons. One: I think raw meat is disgusting and I refuse to touch it. Two: every time I eat meat, I get sick. I have learned to just stay away.
