I think my new year resolution will be to lose weight and to reduce my sugar intake. What about you guys. Do you have a goal for the new year coming?
Mine is to try to be more positive about things in general.
Stop buying scratch tickets and get my finances back in order pay off three consistent bills I have I didn’t renew my non smoking policy other than that I think I’ll kick the neighbors ass just kidding
I have a ton of goals but ive broken them down into small daily tasks… most of them only take like 5 minutes a day but i think they’re going to help me achieve me long-term goals. My resolution i guess is to keep with my daily schedule every day.
To lift myself out of this depression I am in and find a way to get out of my current living situation.
Send positive vibes please folks.
My New Year’s Resolution is focused on weight loss. 5kg/month or 11lbs/month is a realistic and achievable goal since that was the weight loss rate I was attaining from January 2021 to April 2021.
I pray that you succeed @Sarah
Thank you so much @Lu87 .
To subtly and sneakily sabotage everyone else’s resolution.
Muahaha!
To find a part-time job that I enjoy!
My Christmas present from my fiancé is a year’s subscription to Headspace. My new years resolution is to stick with using Headspace daily and also to follow a yoga programme for January (Yoga with Adrienne on YouTube).
I am already doing a Pre-New Year’s resolution and that is to watch the alcohol intake. I’m doing pretty good thanks to the Naltrexone.
Had a few hiccups but I just keep trying.
I feel like there was another thread like this that I responded to…
Lose the holiday weight.
Go back to doing a bit of housework everyday.
Return to piano practice.
Return to Duolingo Spanish lessons
To not make any new years resolutions.
Play more harp! Master several harp skills. Play more instruments. Get a scholarship for the upcoming year.
Maintain my current weight. I’ve recently gained 3 pounds, so I have to cut calories again. I tried 1600 calories but it made me gain so I’m going to aim for 1400 calories after I lose the 3 pounds
Yes I can see that. I didn’t know there was a similar thread until you said it @EverDream
Ah – you beat me to it!
