Do you have any New Year’s Resolutions? Mine is to get back on my diet and start losing weight again. I visited my parents in Florida for 3 weeks and gained 13 lbs cuz I didn’t stick to my diet and ate a lot in restaurants and nibbled Xmas cookies all day. I’m seeing a physical doc to help me figure out an eating plan.
My puppy dog is going on a diet, too, as she gained some weight while at my friend’s house.

My new year resolution is to improve my conversation skills.
You could try cutting out sugar and filling up on potatoes and veggies, that’s what I’m trying to do anyway

I’ve been working on it for months and into it now after Xmas. Eating healthier, no beer and exercising. Doing well so I’ll be well into it by New Years. To be honest don’t wait. Start now.

From the beginning of January 2022 to the end of April 2022, I hope to lose 11lbs/month or 5kg/month. Realistic and achievable goal extrapolated from my 2021 running MS-Excel sheet.

I going to try really hard to break my caffeine addiction and to lose some weight. A temporary goal is to make it to 240 lbs 109kg. I should be somewhere around 275 so it would be a 25 lb loss
I don’t make new years resolutions but I need to so I will try to walk more, eat healthier and hopefully lose the weight… if i can’t i hope not to gain more.
I am going to exercise every day, unless a doctor appointment gets in the way, in the morning. But I should be able to exercise almost every morning.
I am also going to eat healthier. No sweets. No snacking. I need to cut back on calories, overall.
I’m not waiting for the New Year, I am starting today. I exercised this morning. I’m going to throw out the remaining brownies, the cookie I got from Subway yesterday, and the candy that I was given on Christmas. No more sweets!
I didn’t start exercising yet, because just being awake is painful, let alone getting up and doing something.
But today is day three without any sweets, so far. I gained SO much weight on Caplyta. I just hope it comes off fast. I hope I can feel better soon, so I can move again.
