Definitely to loose weight but I have so much Christmas chocolates and treats but I need to get out exercising maybe walking and swimming

I don’t have them, but next year my target is to lose AP weight

One take out twice a month, swimming 4x a week, dog walking and I am cutting out eating ready meals

Be on my phone less
Find a book I actually enjoy
Lose weight/focus on my physical health

Starting diet and losing weight also.

continue with French and Spanish classes
replace computer time with reading books/listening to audiobooks /watching tv
maintain my weight, possibly trim off a little

Yep! That’s mine too. Got 78 more pounds to go out of a total goal of 85.

Freaking breakdown cost me a lot, including my figure. Feeling better, and back on track!

I can’t quit smoking again (still a nonsmoker) so this time I’ll try to exercise more and lose weight.

I want to lose weight. And sort out my hyperhydrosis. Find a job that will suit me too.
Edit: and work on my asocial anxiety.

Lose atleast eight kg in a healthy way.

Stop eating junk food entirely.

Not a drop of alcohol.

Hopefully become a more confident and independent driver.

I want to get a job. I have everything else, a job is the only thing missing in my life. I miss working, I quit my last job in 2020.

Practice piano 1 hour, five days a week.

Do yoga 150 minutes a week.

Duolingo and Olly Richard’s Spanish lessons frequently.

Read books, magazines and digital magazines frequently.

Spiritual activities daily.

mine is to finish what i started in resolutions from years prior to this. weight loss, piano and violin practice, physical exercises, growth in my career as a librarian, cleaning up my apt and all its stuff…

continue my exercise routine of doing isometrics for my upper body strength…want to buff one day. Start working in May…looking now so I can get an idea for what is out there.

Read more, I haven’t read in 9 years and I read a 400 page book the other day in 3 days so I want to read more

Get my finances in order. I find I give too much money away so I need to be more frugal
