What is your favorite type of music to play to if you are a musician?

My favorite music to play the drums with is similar to the Dave Mathews band. I don’t really like their music though. I would prefer to have more melody with their style of music.

When I was trying to learn guitar I stuck with rock and metal, I learned some chords and riffs, and a few guitar solos but I wasn’t very good and eventually quit playing. I wish I was musical but I’m not.

I am Jazz and Blue grass on the banjo. I am a beginner so jazz is a long way off but I can dream.

I enjoy playing piano. I think the first half of Hungarian rhapsody no 2 is really fun to play. It feels like a March and uses a lot of the pianos range. I played a couple Chopin nocturnes. Chopin ballade 1 is fun to play. I played piano a lot in chile. I haven’t learned la campanella but I bet that is fun to play. I did fantasie impromptu at a recital once and everyone was impressed.

I like playing Christmas music

Wow I am totally impressed!

I play guitar and bass and my favorite type to play is (I hate this term) progressive metal, because it’s always challenging. Odd time signatures, drop tunings, unconventional techniques, impossible to learn it all but fun to try.

I don’t know what I’d call my stuff, but my biggest influences are punk and post-punk with some power pop thrown in.
