For me, I like to draw with my Wacom Intuos tablet. Best purchase I’ve ever made.

Music, drawing, reading, mindfulness and breathing exercises. Exercise. Long, hot showers. Texting a friend.

Routine sleep

Sugar (I’m trying to cut down)

Lots of music (a good set of headphones help)

Knitting

Spending time with my gatitas (cats)

None healthy, mostly bad habits.

Vape, take a bath, listen to music, go walking outside or pace inside, play the piano, paint, watch funny videos, talk about things with myself, hang out with my sisters, brother and my mom. See my dog.

All these things help me cope

I’m just learning distractions more and more.
Playing angry birds on my phone
There’s a song I sing to paranoia, intrusive visions or visual hallucinations to stop them from bothering me.
Watching my favorite show over and over. Especially to fall asleep. It’s comforting and distracting.
