It means you believe in something that is not real. A hallucination is a positive symptom which often leads to delusions.

It basically just means you believe something that is false or can be argued away rationally
If you are delusional, you wouldn’t know that you were. You think what you believe in is real, so you don’t consider yourself delusional.

Most people on this forum did. You believe in deamons. I know I can’t tell you it is not real, it is impossible to change a mentally ill person’s view on that. But, deamons aren’t real, that is why you need the medication. You didn’t get a message on tv, that was a hallucination, and like I said, hallucinations lead to delusions.
receiving messages thru T.V. isn’t rational either.
ive never hallucinated… also medication is literal poison
they are real and i dont think i am delusional.
i’ve never hallucinated or heard voices but I’ve still had delusions.
Most people that hallucinate think that it is real. They can’t tell the difference.

@Crystal-Cotton now you are having hallucinations aswell. Keep in mind this and please, tell your doctors.

i did tell a nurse about them but she didnt care
