For me God/Allah restored me with an unassailable peace
Exercise and meditation bring positive result in my life.
I 100% agreed with you that if you provide a positive environment to the patient, then it help him to cope up with his problem.
I’m planning to aply all in a long therm, but nowadays, I’m waiting a call of my psychotherapist for a first meet, I’m seeing my friends almost all days, I usually make a list with things to do the next day, I’m waking up early in the morning (it’s a big step for me), and in september or august I want to start at the gym for all the following 12 months.
Also I have in mind a program for heal the gut, it’s a bit expensive but I finally will buy it for sure…
I neithee do drugs or drink a lot, and we both have put exercise and diary plan =)
It’s good to be focused on “recovery” or at least doing the best we can.
Oh, I see what you meant now. A bit more similar, then!
I say:
Take meds
Go to all pdoc appointments
Daily exercise
Daily meditation (If it is possible for you)
Eat healthy food
Get good sleep
Read every day
Creative outlet everyday
Pet ownership (If this is possible for you)
Social contact every day
No alcohol or illegal drugs
I think it would help me to socialize more. I’m very averse to that, though.
