  1. Daydream about what you might be able to do someday even though you’re getting older
  2. Music
  3. Tv
  4. Internet
  5. Don’t forget about : worrying about stuff you have no control over anyway
  6. Take the odd trip out of the house to remind yourself why doing nothing in the house isn’t so bad.

It got so bad for me that something went ā€˜click’ and I’ve stopped worrying (for now at least).

Follow me around the house one day and you’ll see the master at work…

I keep a running ā€œT0 D0ā€ list that ensures me that I’ll spend the entire day looking for that said list, and even gather up items needed to accomplish the tasks, but take all day to do it.

In the end, nothing gets crossed off that list, but I’m smiling on the inside.

Lay in bed with the covers over your head and pretend that you’re in a German insane asylum and its 1939. The Nazis are right around the corner and if they come through the door the nurses will shout and buy you the appropriate time to go hide in the bathroom or run out for an errand.

So many things were going wrong my worry meter broke and I could not do anything for several days and just kept ranting nonsense.
But now I can walk again and my memory is getting so bad I forget what I was worrying about.
So now everything is great.

Take my very same combo of medication and you will not have the drive nor the willpower to complete one single solitary task all day long. Lamictal, latuda, Prozac, klonopin. You will want for NOTHING!

Yeah, that’s what happened to me too. I became so overwhelmed about worry, I gave up. As I said, for now at least!

Don’t get down on yourself and NEVER be afraid to ask for help before something bad happens.
