So, how should I spend my day doing Nothing/ Like to see the answers to this one
- Daydream about what you might be able to do someday even though youāre getting older
- Music
- Tv
- Internet
- Donāt forget about : worrying about stuff you have no control over anyway
- Take the odd trip out of the house to remind yourself why doing nothing in the house isnāt so bad.
I have to go pay the rent on the lot, damn
There you go, number 6 above in action!
I seem to excel at #5
It got so bad for me that something went āclickā and Iāve stopped worrying (for now at least).
Going to the couch to work on #1
This one is very effective!
Follow me around the house one day and youāll see the master at workā¦
I keep a running āT0 D0ā list that ensures me that Iāll spend the entire day looking for that said list, and even gather up items needed to accomplish the tasks, but take all day to do it.
In the end, nothing gets crossed off that list, but Iām smiling on the inside.
Lay in bed with the covers over your head and pretend that youāre in a German insane asylum and its 1939. The Nazis are right around the corner and if they come through the door the nurses will shout and buy you the appropriate time to go hide in the bathroom or run out for an errand.
So many things were going wrong my worry meter broke and I could not do anything for several days and just kept ranting nonsense.
But now I can walk again and my memory is getting so bad I forget what I was worrying about.
So now everything is great.
Take my very same combo of medication and you will not have the drive nor the willpower to complete one single solitary task all day long. Lamictal, latuda, Prozac, klonopin. You will want for NOTHING!
So many things were going wrong my worry meter broke.
Yeah, thatās what happened to me too. I became so overwhelmed about worry, I gave up. As I said, for now at least!
Donāt get down on yourself and NEVER be afraid to ask for help before something bad happens.
Watching reality tv?
By not doing anything.
Pay attention when you think about it.
