Like it says im suffering from intense paranoia and voices. Need help…what works for you
Any of the antipsychotics can be used to treat paranoia/voices. As with any medication, it is always a matter of choosing the one with the most benefit and the least amount of side effects.

Try to lower your anxiety and tension in your body and brain. Be aware of your thoughts and what is causing you the issues. Try to pin point if you are actually the cause by your actions or thoughts.
It helps just to let go of negative things
If you are extremely paranoid and hearing voices, it may be a good idea to go into ER. I had to do this once. One of the best decisions ever. The ER was very nice to me.
