I’m kinda curious, as we have people from all over who post on here. What is the best, or your favorite, cheese from your region of the globe? This Swiss cheese is my favorite, but also highly regarded by everyone around here. We have some in the fridge that I will snacking on for lunch haha
Canada makes some good cheese I think. We have a lot of land and hence a lot of cows. If I’m not mistaken there’s quite a cowboy culture out west. Idk how famous we are for aged cheese tho like France say, but I think we’re big milk drinkers atleast.
Dude Swiss cheese is the best. It’s like mozzarella but aged like cheddar…

hard to beat homemade/housemade fresh Mozz
My fav cheese is Asiago.
I like to pair it with cherry tomatoes and cucumbers.
I love all kinds of cheese

hey now, blue cheese is good! My mother makes a blue cheese sauce for steaks that is really good
