Yeah I’m wondering if it could be aliens or astral beings. I know they are broad spectrums but those are my top two guesses right now.
My guess is SZ is a combination of genetic predisposition and environment/stress but I am no expert so I am not sure. All I know is my disorder seems to genuinely come from a disordered brain. I don’t think I could ‘will’ myself out of this without meds. meds help a lot
