Routine. I have gotten a lot better simply by forcing myself to be organised with life. It was hard work and I still struggle with negatives but the force of habit really does work for me. So routine. Take pills same time everyday. Set alarm and wake up same time etc…well I can even turn alarm off now and I naturally wake at 5:30 am.
