Do you have any good habits?

I have the habit of using a pill organizer every week to keep track of my meds.

I also have the habit of drinking water all day long.

I don’t have any good cleaning habits. :persevere:

I track important stuff on my phone’s calendar and use the notes app a lot…

I drink water all day long suppose it’s good in a way especially to prevent constipation and stuff
I also eat a full box of strawberries I have to be eating a lot

I’ve been eating slightly more healthy. Not as much sugar and junk food

the drinking water thing might be a symptom i have no idea if it is though

my good habit is brushing teeth

I walk for an hour almost every day

I call my mom and dad every day to see how they’re doing

I organize my meds in a pill box and take them every day.

I have a checklist that I do on the computer (mostly financial stuff)
I have a detailed planner that I write everything that I’m doing that day (and I prioritize). Not just that day, but everything that I know of for the whole year. Very specific, and I even factor in the unexpected.
I’m proactive. If I call or email someone, I’m not waiting all day for them to contact me. If I call them at 10:00am, I’m calling them back at 2:00pm if I don’t hear from them (gives us enough time to do things before they leave for the day)
I do a lot of research on businesses
I’m not afraid to take a calculated risk, and I’m not afraid to fail. Even when things are good, I’m looking for other things that may improve my life
I like to learn, usually by reading things on the internet or hearing about what other people did. I’m optimistic

Those are some habits that I can think of at this time.

I’ve been walking with my mom for a week. I shower almost daily. I drink a lot of water and hardly drink soda.

Shower in less than 10 minutes, 5 minutes is the goal. That’s a recent one anyway.

I can see how others find a long shower relaxing though.

I just wanted to save on energy and time, and also I feel more alert after if I keep the shower short.

I usually get enough sleep, I drink a lot of water, I’m going to try to eat healthier and shower and brush my teeth more.

I put on a clean shirt every day, I never wear the same shirt two days in a row and I usually only wear the same pair of pants for two days, sometimes three.
Both me and my roommate are good at washing our own dishes and pots and pans after every meal.

I used to wear the same clothes for a month or two without ever taking them off.

I can’t do that, I would walk around feeling grubby all the time. That’s too bad that you did that, no offense but it was probably OK with you but the people around you had to suffer with it.

Ya, my dad and stepmom suffered and the last time I went about two months without showering two summers ago my stepmom told my dad I stunk then he told me then I finally took a shower. I’m showering a few times a week now.

I have good hygiene, exercise often, and walk when I can.

I don’t even get to chose, just have the drive to exercise. So I’m looking pretty jacked in sleveless shirts lately since it’s taken me to heavier weights

I pay my bills on my own, try to eat healthy, getting way better at. Apartment is spotless clean, I had to wash everyones dishes before I moved out so now.i handle my own easy

Good hygiene as well, I’m not one of those SZs who never showers I always shower, brush teeth, mouth wash, floss

Started a face care routine too, it was literally just.lotion at first. Now I’m using Nivea moisturizing face wash.
