Trying to form a routine

I have been trying to form a routine that works for me. I need to be on my toes to have a proper routine that can help me with day to day activities and move on regularly so that I can be not worrying too much.

Routine is good for me. It keeps me focused. Take the pills same time everyday. Do this and that same time and it really does work so keep at it.

Put good things like regular exercise into that routine. Really helps biscuits.
