I’d like to have something easy to track my food
I use Spark People. It’s pretty easy to navigate and it’s a positive community of people.

I use Sparkpeople.com but there is also MyFitnessPal that a lot of people like. I find it very easy. You can make a list of your favorite foods and a groupings list so you can have multiple foods under one item listing (like a peanut butter sandwich, you have the bread and the peanut butter but you only have to click one box). I plan a week’s worth of meals in under ten minutes because now I rarely have to search the entire database, I eat the same things over and over again.
I have lost 28 pounds since mid-March just by tracking my calories on there. It works!
