I use Sparkpeople.com. I think they have an app, I go to the online page. You can track your calories, fitness, and your weight and measurements. They have graphs to show you how you’re progressing.

They also have fitness videos, general forums, as well as groups you can join if that’s your thing. There’s a lot you can do there. I only use the nutrition and weight trackers myself. It takes a little longer to log your food at first, until you get things saved on your favorites list or in groupings. Now I can log a week’s worth of meals in about 10 minutes.

I am down 12 pounds, so it’s working! Good luck!

I use an app for counting calories called Lifesum. It’s great!
And for keeping track of results in weight training I found a website/app called www.twiik.com. The app can be found in google app store.

I use this one. It’s free and has no ads and it’s simple to use once you get the hang of it.

I use MyFitnessPal.com I’ve been using it for the last five years continuously. It is very comprehensive and tracks calories, macro and micronutrients, exercise and weights. And you can even add on exercise devices to the app. It has the largest food database in the world. And most important to me, it is very user friendly. I have been very happy with it all of these years.

There are alternatives to counting calories. I’ve developed an App called Moderation which lets you select if a meal was healthy or unhealthy - much easier than scanning barcodes and weighing everything.

It’s not for everyone, but if you want to give it a go the website clockwise.software

I use komoot for exercise.
Samsung health looks pretty good for diet related things, but I haven’t set it up yet.
