It tells you how much to eat to lose weight with the amount of exercise you choose.
Hi I’m katwomansz on my fitness pal and map my walk with under armor. CU there.
Helps to track when you have had too much fat and warns you when you need more protein for example.
I am riddled there too.
This is a great idea - a great way to encourage each other to be physically fit (or just get more exercise)!
