What helped with your negative and cognitive symptoms?

I’m planning to try sarcosine and rosemary, and maybe memantine and amyloban. Is there anything else I should try?

Welcome to the forum. I think a lot better since I’ve been taking fish oil.

Sarcosine can help with cognitive issues.

Amyloban is used for hallucinations and as a mood stabilizer (I’m like 75% sure)

If you’re having cognitive issues, try finding a stimulant such as caffeine or nicotine that can help. Just be careful with their dosages.

Honestly, ask your pdoc if they can find something that helps U.

Hope this helps.

Betaine gives me a boost. I get it from wheat bran. Also methylfolate helps as well.

Welcome to the forum!

Amyloban is supposed to only be for positive symptoms which I dont mess with as its dangerous. I only use my meds for positive symptoms.

Here is what I use:

  • Coffee (caffeine)
  • Sarcosine (brain supplement)
  • B complex (B vitamins)

I also take other supplements, like fish oil. I take a high omega-3 fish oil, two twice per day.

Thanks everyone! Has anyone tried cognitive remediation therapy?
