What Has Been Your Most Physically Painful Experience

Gallbladder necrosis. It died and went septic. I almost died.

uh…I don’t know.
I’m not entirely sure. I would say the EMG was really painful.
But really I’m losing muscles now so everyday is just :fire:

I don’t think I have endured anything as bad as you guys. I guess getting pepper sprayed, handcuffed, slammed down face first, and the cops putting their knees on the back of my head and grinding my face into the dirt after I had been pepper sprayed. That hurt really bad for about an hour.

That kept me sober for a good while in AA - that memory of that last, horrible hangover. I think that is what keeps most people sober in AA until they work the steps and get some good sobriety.

Lol yeah mine is between when I had a bacterial throat infection and getting my first IUD put in. My second IUD wasnt nearly as bad going in bc they got it in on the first try instead of the third and I had taken ibuprofen beforehand.

I had my first IUD removed after 3 months and it didnt hurt at all. It felt like getting a tampon taken out. I heard something similar from someone else who got it out after 10 years and she said it hurt horrifically. So maybe I just won’t wait the full time before I get mine replaced. If you don’t leave it in super long it really doesnt hurt at all to remove.

If you don’t want to get anymore infected teeth it would probably be wise to go to the dentist on a regular basis. You can die from a tooth infection, it was wise of them to remove it.

My knees hurt everyday but when I get up my knees just pulse painfully.

I also get this but it’s due to atrophy around the knee.

I had a 200lb pallet at work fall 6 ft and smash my foot. I was suppose to be wearing steel toe boots but I did’t wear them that day. I screamed and drop to the floor instantly. It was a Sunday and none of the supervisors were in. I broke 5 bones in my foot and all 5 toes. The next day I lied to my boss and said it happened at home. I couldn’t walk to the car I drove the forklift. I didn’t go to the hospital until the next day. I was in agony all night.

The next most painful thing was a kidney stone.

I’ve broke other bones but the kidney stone was worse then when I broke the bones in my hand punching someone in the face.

yep - when my mum broke her knee skiing she said morphine didn’t even touch the pain - so yes i think it can be so bad it’s of little help

I hit a rock on my leg skiing
i screamed but it didn’t help so i stopped screaming - that didn’t help either so i screamed again knowing it was pointless

the fluids sloshed back and forth on car breaking a few days later
disfigured left thigh

Nervepain in my legs from the haloperidol treatment. Like a toothache, but in my legs. And current arthritis in my lower back. I can’t get myself to do the treatmentexercises for the cure. I am to fatigued and not motivated. It’s like walking knowingly towards a cliff. I am so numbed from the medication. I can’t be bothered doing anything about it.

The worst short term pain I ever felt was getting a dental novocaine shot in my upper palate.

The worst longer term pain I ever felt was a cross between a killer migraine, and childbirth without anesthesia.

When my ovaries twisted on themselves, bled into my abdomen, and became necrotic. It was worse than child birth, and child birth was extremely painful because my baby was facing the wrong way.

Rotten wisdom tooth, some weird stomach infection, and some reaction to the drugs and tube down my throat after I had surgery a year ago. I think they were all equally painful.

I’ve heard that passing a kidney stone for men is very painful :persevere:

I’ve been kicked in the gonads pretty hard before and it doesnt even compare.

Now, imagine working an evening shift at McDonalds after being at your girlfriend’s house and getting blue balls and being a young teenager and not knowing what kind of hell you’re in.

Holy carapp!!!

Hey @Mr.Dre did your dad tell you that kinda thing happens? I mean I’m not a dude so idk but blue balls sounds painful and it seems parents should prepare their kids for such a thing.

Nope, dad didn’t teach me nothing but mathematics lol.

I mostly learned on the go, my first girlfriend helped me out a lot (we were both virgins when we started dating) and hooked up many times over the years, even when we were dating other people. We would hang out and teach each other stuff we learned.

Watching porn kind of helped (I guess?)
